Letter W and X Workboxes

These are our  Workboxes for this week!  We are now doubling up on the last letters of the alphabet!  This week is Letter W and X and Number 23 and 24 work.

Review cards, Sandpaper Tactile Letters for finger tracing, W and X sound with LeapFrog Fridge Magnets, practice writing W and X and numbers 23 and 24 in the salt box.  Using W, X, 23, and 24 alphabet wipe-off cards and number wipe-off cards.

A file folder game "Which One Doesn't Belong?"  Putting an X on the picture that doesn't belong in each group.  Laminated Number Practice booklets with the wipe-off markers from Ikea that I find work the best on our Xyron 900 Laminator's plastic.

Pattern worksheets, cutting and gluing.

Sorting Watermelon cards into size order, matching shape cards, and a laminated Watermelon pre-writing practice booklet with wipe-off markers.

Clipboard printing practice.

Letter W Scavenger Hunt, Colour by Number Xylophone sheet, and Watermelon colouring sheet.
