Gingerbread Muffin Tin Meal!

Happy Muffin Tin Monday!

I made Butterfly a "make your own Gingerbread Man" muffin tin.  Yes, we are already in the Christmas spirit!

I cut a gingerbread man out of buttered toast and included some healthy foods to decorate him with!  And then a real gingerbread cookie for dessert!

I made a "shirt" and "pants" out of cheese by using the same cookie cutter and then a knife to cut off the half.

Cauliflower hair, Craisin eyes and nose, and Kiwi shoes!

Butterfly used peanut butter to get her items to stick down and then enjoyed her tasty Gingerbread Man lunch!

We read our Gingerbread Baby book and played with our Gingerbread Lapbook from  last year's Gingerbread activities!

And of course we pulled out the the original story to read how the story was first written.

  6. That is a fantastic idea, I must remember it! I know, we're kind of in Christmas mode already too, but I'm resisting Christmas Muffin Tins just yet! We'll probably start them next week...
