Messy Sensory Playgroup!

I must blog about this awesome playgroup that a friend put on for our neighbourhood group today!  It was a Messy Sensory Playgroup, and we all know how much Butterfly LOVES getting her hands messy!

Check out the FUN these kids had!

There was a table full of cooked spaghetti and shaving cream.  There was hidden sea creatures in it that the kids had to slime around to find!

There was a Jello table which turned into red liquid under the warm sun- but the kids loved it because it dyed the shaving cream pink!!  And in this table there was hidden farm animals to find!

And a container of GOOP!

The best part for Butterfly was combining everything together!

There was also a homemade playdough table and coloured pudding painting!

Add a sprinkler and we got one sloppy fun wet mess!

A rice and oats bin for a dry sensory experience.

Butterfly mixed playdough, spaghetti, jello, and shaving cream into one messy ball!

Check out that outfit!

Today was a blast for Butterfly!

  2. OMG! That looks like so much fun I wish I had my own kids instead of just being a play therapist. This is way too messy and intricate for me to do in play therapy but if I had my own, I could go crazy in the yard!!!
