Here is what's in our Workboxes for this week! Letter C and Number 3 work.
To get the links and resources and to see the work in action, visit our Letter C week from last year HERE!
Also, check out the books we read for Letter C week!
Workbox 1 has our review cards, getting to know C and 3 again. I always include my Salt Box near the beginning as well to practise writing the letter and number, (which you can see on this post at the second workbox.)
Box 2 has Alphie the robot, a colouring sheet, and driving on road C!
Box 3 had a lacing card, bingo dabbing, and writing large.
Magnet sheets on a pan, and after we read Very Hungry Caterpillar we'll complete the hungry caterpillar graph.
Puzzle, caterpillar matching cards, a folding practise sheet from Let's Fold! from Kumon, and our Expo wipe-off board where Butterfly practises writing her name. (One of our goals this year is to have her write her first name clearly on her own.)
Counting caterpillars, a page from Scissors Skills by Carson-Dellosa.
Circling C's in a story sheet, writing practise.
Sorting caterpillar sizes, clothespins on numbered cards.
Hop counting on caterpillar circles, and spelling sheets with the letter tiles.
Counting and graphing caterpillars, scavenger hunt, and the Apples songs and poems set for our Felt Board (we'll be apple picking with our friends soon so I want to keep that apple-Fall theme going!)
Here's to C this week!
