Letter B Workboxes

First week back to Homeschooling went great!
Butterfly completes two workboxes a day from the full set of ten drawers.

Here is what's in our workboxes for this week!  Letter B and Number 2 work.
To get the links and resources and to see the work in action, visit our Letter B week from last year HERE!

Also, check out the books we read for Letter B week!

Box 1 has our review cards, getting to know B again, and building B.

Box 2 has Alphie the robot, peg board, and driving on road B.

Box 3 has sorting capitals and lower cases, writing large, and bingo dabbing.

Box 4 has a magnetic pom pom sheet used with a baking pan, and counting Butterflies.

Box 5 has spelling sheets with the letter tiles, and counting butterflies worksheets with cutting and pasting the number answers.

Box 6 has colouring, a butterfly game, and a B is for Butterfly puzzle.

Box 7 has a pattern sheet (cutting and pasting), and putting the right amount of paper clips on each numbered butterfly.

Box 8 holds worksheets, printing practise and finding the B's.

Box 9 has a writing practise booklet and matching Butterfly wings puzzle with upper and lower case B's.

Box 10 has the scavenger hunt activity, and four file folder games on butterflies and birds.

I add in other activities outside of the workboxes, something different each day.  Like felt board stories/songs, or an Art project, our Nature Journal entry outside, Lapbooking, a Music or Drama study, an additional workbook focused on a different skill, a computer learning game or app.  And of course free play time to do whatever Butterfly wants, a freedom to create on her own! and many play opportunities with her friends!  Our days are full of fun and stimulation, and sometimes there's a lazy day or two in there too! :)
