Happy Muffin Tin Monday!

Here's Butterfly's Spring tin, with a homemade zucchini mini muffin, yogourt, strawberries, turkey meat, cheese cubes, and banana slices.

Here's what we've been doing for Friday Art Class...

We read Eric Carle's Mister Seahorse

Then painted a sea horse with water colours, made an ocean background with ripped up pieces of tissue paper.

And mimicked the illustrations from the book with SPLATTER Painting!! Oh ya! Fun!!

Spill the watered down paint onto the paper...

and WACK IT with a Fly Swatter!!!

or Splatter more by scraping a toothbrush dipped in paint!

Splatter-licious!!

Loved the part where Butterfly had speckled paint all over her face! :)

And just for good measure, a couple of really cute photos of our sweet pup, resting behind the curtains!

So cute how she got herself behind the curtains :)

Don't forget to Vote for your Favourite Homeschooling Blog in the
Rockabye Butterfly has been nominated!! :))
