And number practice booklet.

Shape Review laminated cards.  I held up a shape, Butterfly called the shape then ran to put it anywhere on the floor.  She did this with all of them with me, making a line of shapes on the floor which then she and her friend played hopscotch on!  To get them cleaned up and put away, I called a shape, Butterfly had to retrieve it and hand the right one to me, running back and forth!  Active games are always loved! :)

Matching snowman, eventually getting to the level of building the pyramid on the desk, using the sheet as a guide.  During preschool year this year, I let Butterfly just match the snowman on top of the same one.

Charlotte Mason approach- Recording our week in her journal, using nature words that start with our Letter S.

Fun craft and 3D building!  Styrofoam balls and toothpicks!

Make a snowman!

Add details!

And Butterfly wanted to make a Mickey Mouse :)

I let Butterfly go nuts with the materials on her own, creating whatever she wanted, this is the creation she came up with, it's so funky I had to post three photos of them!  She used sticky felt and sticky foam on it too.

Then it was Scavenger Hunt time!

Salsa Sauce, Swing, Sheep, Scissors, Sunglasses, Straw, Spenda Sugar, Salt, Soup, Styrofoam, Syrup, Spoon.
She did great at this letter, sounding out the Sssssss sound when finding things!
