Happy Muffin Tin Monday!!
We made a Green Muffin Tin Lunch for St. Patrick's Day that is happening this week!
Green gapes, green broccoli, green apples, green celery with PB, green cucumbers, green fruit jello, green chocolate eggs for a dessert treat.

Here's our yummy Rainbow Fruit Jello cake!
Inspired by my blogger friend Jenni Price and her amazing artful Pancakes, I made green Shamrock Pancakes!!
Green food colouring in the batter, using a squeeze bottle to perfect the shape on my pan!
Butterfly LOVED her St. Patrick's Day meal!!! She always eats more good foods on Muffin Tin days! :))

Yeah!!! Fantastic pancakes! I'm so glad you tried it and your shamrocks are just so festive and cute! Great job on your tin too and rainbow jello-how awesome!

Awesome! I think I'll make some shamrock pancakes this week. :)
ReplyDeleteThis looks like it could be in a food magazine! Wonderful!
ReplyDeleteYour tin is adorable! I love the pancakes and think I will try making them this Thursday! Happy MTM!
ReplyDeleteGreat green tin! And your pancakes came out great. I think we may just have those for Breakfast for Dinner Thursday. It would be different pancakes than usual. Wonder how they would taste with a little mint in them. Hmmmm.

Gorgeous! Insanely jealous that your pancakes weren't the total flop that MY attempt was last week, but glad that they look nice for your darling meal!
ReplyDeleteYour shamrocks came out so cute! I may have to swipe the idea for Thursday's dinner. Happy St. Patty's Day!
